God will show you what to do

I remember the moment when God revealed to me that I was called to be an author. It happened after I had prayed for 3 days..

I chose to pray because I stopped the business I was in (which didn’t glorify Him) and didn’t just want to start working somewhere without His permission. In fact I thought that there was a specific job He wanted me to apply for at the job agencies.

Instead of telling me what kind of job I had to go for, He reminded me of a skill I discovered in my twenties. He reminded me that I used to write poetry and shared it with people around me (and they loved it!). Then He touched my heart and helped me to understand and see that it was one of the gifts He had given to me to use in this world.

Trust me if I say that I was totally surprised and didn’t expect that this would be His answer to my prayer. But nevertheless I trusted in His answer and decided to go for it.

I even asked God to help me use this writing skill since I have never taken it as serious as I had to. With His help I managed to write the content of my first book ‘Be A Winner’ in two weeks time. A few months after that I moved to the UK and managed to complete the whole book and self-publish it within 9 months.

Why am sharing this with you today?

I am sharing this with you because I want you to know that if He did it for me He will definitely do it for you too. We are His children. and He loves us. God is a wonderful Father and He will never leave us nor forsake us because He has a plan for our lives. (Jeremiah 29:11)

Open up your heart for Him today and ask for what you need.

Success Is A Choice

If you are just like me then you’ve also decided to be a winner in life and not a loser. Then you also made the choice to take full responsibility for the results in your life.

There are 5 things I do to stay on the winning side:
1. stand in front of the mirror and speak positive things about myself, my family and my future (emotional exercise).
2. push myself to complete my tasks and ask for help when it gets difficult or challenging. (mental exercise)
3. always pray for help, guidance and wisdom to overcome the obstacles on my path. (spiritual exercise)
4. refuse to hang around people who discourage me or constantly argue with me. (social exercise)
5. keep correcting myself when I make a mistake (sometimes step-by-step)

Interview for ‘Women Of Purpose’

A few weeks ago a wonderful woman of faith approached me on Instagram and asked me if she could interview me. Her name is Nadira Jansen and she has a YouTube Channel called ‘Women Of Purpose’.

She loves to interview women who walk in their life purpose so I said ‘Yes!’ to her immediately. She is a woman who also walks in her calling (and is planning to do more with God) so it absolutely inspired me to do this with her. Just like me she also understands that we are all blessed with talents and gifts to fulfill a divine purpose  here on earth so I want to invite you to watch the interview below. We had a lot of fun together!!

Note: My camera wasn’t really clear and I forgot to use a light but don’t let that stop you from watching the whole interview. It was really fun and it will definitely inspire you too!

Remember to Like the video, Share it with others and Subscribe to her channel if you love what she does.

Some of you are CALLED by God TO SERVE others by building a business, write books, organize events and so on. Others are called to serve by using their skills within their current job. Whatever your Calling may be, I want to you realize that every single day of your life counts!

I don’t know how PRODUCTIVE you have been this year compared to last year. I don’t know how DEDICATED you have been this year compared to last year. But one thing I do know and that is that you can’t get this year back when you step into the next one!

I have A FEW QUESTIONS I would really like to ask you:

a. Why didn’t you do yet what God has asked you to do?
b. Why are you not obeying His voice?
c. When will you finally admit that the way you live your life now isn’t giving you the fulfillment you desire and deserve?
d. When will you stop torturing yourself as if you are a child of Satan (by sabotaging yourself) and start living as THE WINNER you are called to be, through Jesus Christ?

I know my questions may sound a bit confronting but these are questions I genuinely want to ask you as the Life Calling Strategist I am called to be!

All I want (for you) is to see you experience the DEEPER JOY AND PEACE that comes from serving the people you are called to serve and to see you walk on this earth as THE LEADER you are called to be!

Our brother Less Brown always says: “There is GREATNESS inside of you.” and I want to encourage you today by saying: “Step into it NOW!!”

Do You Believe In Your Calling?

As a mother of two children I know that we are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to helping our children. When they suddenly have a problem we quickly respond and immediately LOOK FOR WAYS to help them solve it ASAP.

It makes sense that we do that….we love them and we want things to go well for them.

But what about God? What about the help that He needs with the Calling He gave to you?

You are created for a purpose. He has shown you or told you want He wants you to do. He needs your help with it. Why aren’t you doing what you are supposed to do?

Some sisters are afraid to start because they don’t know how to, some feel insecure and don’t believe in themselves, some are scared of what other people might think or say about them, some believe they have too much to do and can’t find enough time to do the work, some are afraid to fail and doubt that God will help them out…..while others STEP OUT IN FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD!

I absolutely love working with these kind of women. They are an inspiration for their children, friends, family and others. But most of all, they are a blessing for the people God has called them to help. Some are authors, coaches, speakers, event organizers and others are directors, beauty professionals, community workers etc.

They choose to believe in their Calling and decide to overcome their fears and doubts!

“He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own PURPOSE and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.” {2 Timothy 1:9}

Leaders ask for help

I believe that every person who is called by God to achieve a specific goal, has the qualities to be a leader. In fact the Word of God says that we are the head and not the tail. To me this means that we are created to be leaders and not followers. Leaders in the sense of helping each other to move forward in life and helping others to get closer to God.

Put in a different way, we will always be at the top and never at the bottom because in Deuteronomy it says: “The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.” {chapter 28:13}

The reason for writing this post is to share with you that you are called to be a leader and that you should ask for help if you want to accomplish your goals (that which God has called you to do).

My way to encourage you to ASK for help is to help you become aware of some of the benefits it has. I am going to share 3 good reason why you, as a leader, should ask for help and/or support.

Reason number one: Focus

When you ask for help or support it helps you to stay focused and energized because you don’t have to do everything all by yourself. By sharing some tasks with others who are qualified to do it, you help yourself to not get overwhelmed or burned out. You can stay in the flow and keep having fun.

Reason number two: Opportunities

Did you know that by allowing others to help you ,you actually give them the opportunity to use or develop their own gifts and talents? In fact, you are giving them the chance to shine together with you. That is a wonderful blessing!

Reason number three: Imperfection

Asking for help makes you vulnerable and proofs that you are not perfect. But it allows you to connect with everyone else around you because they are also not perfect. But the beautiful thing is that helping each other gives room to GROW. Isn’t that great!

In the end it all comes back to allowing God to work through others and help us see (or experience) that He is here with us to help and bless us. Hallelujah!!!

Question….who can you ask for support today?

Be Passionate

I have worked with two wonderful ladies in the past 3 months and it has been a very active but inspiring period. They wanted me to coach them so that they could complete their book and publish it within 4 months.

Everything went as planned!

Every two weeks they had to work hard to make the necessary changes, add new content and find the right resources (or people) to create their book the way they wanted it. It was a very intensive but very fulfilling period!

Working with these wonderful ladies made me realize again how important it is to be passionate about what God has called us to do. When you are passionate you are willing to work hard. And without hard work there will be no accomplishment!

Here are some tips to help you stay focused and achieve your goal within a short period of time:

  1. Pray when you feel discourage, stressed out or worried
  2. Keep doing what you have planned, no matter what is going on around you (unexpected challenges)
  3. If you can’t do everything just do a little bit. A little bit is better than nothing!
  4. Work together with a coach or another professional. They know how to help you.
  5. Have fun and do the things you like when you are not working on your book (or goal). Relax yourself!

I know these tips will help you so feel free to share this article with others.

I am looking forward to hear from you so that we can work together and fulfill God’s calling in your life! If you are ready now, you can click here to book your FREE Consultation call with me.

Have a blissful week my lovely Sister!

Your Job, Career or Calling?

Last night I had a very important conversation with one of our Sisters in Christ who found herself in a dilemma. She had been working hard to move upward in the company where she works now but for some ‘strange’ reason nothing that she did really worked. But there was ONE INTERESTING THING in her story….God kept on talking to her in different ways about her Calling.

When she was in a church service, when she was having a conversation with someone or whenever she was listening to inspiring christian programs she clearly kept on hearing GOD’S VOICE saying: “Let it go!” But because of her fear of the unknown she didn’t respond to God’s voice.

Last night she couldn’t do it anymore….it was too much for her, it was too clear!

Get Clarity & Make a Decision

I am a Mindset & High Performance coach so of course I knew what was going on. I knew she was afraid to go for her Calling and that she was worried about financial security if she didn’t have/keep a full time job (or worked more than 24 hours a week).

It’s my Calling to help you overcome your fears and doubts so you can develop the right mindset when it comes to your Calling. So I told her what God showed me during our conversation. It immediately opened her eyes, changed her emotions and gave her the confidence to let go and FOCUS ON GOING FOR HER CALLING! Glory to God!

I know she had made the right decision because God had been talking to her already for months but her fear was stopping her from responding to God’s Voice.

NOT the only one

I am sharing this short story with you because I know that she is NOT THE ONLY ONE who has this problem. God is speaking to you as well and I would love to have a conversation like this with you too.

If you recognize yourself in her story OR if you are ready to take the first steps towards your Calling, contact me asap so we can have a Sister/Brother To Sister conversation about this!

POWERFUL QUESTIONS To Get Closer To Your Calling

I love living a Purposeful Life! Every day is a new and fresh day….full of inspiration from God! The most inspiring thing, for me, is the adventurous part of it…Glory to God!

The other side of a Purposeful Life is the serious part where we are responsible for WHAT we do…every single day!

It doesn’t matter what God has Called you to do or how often in a week/month you are doing it, the bottom line is that a Purposeful Life (fulfilling your Calling) requires from you that you live life at a higher level….mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually!

As the Calling Strategist my duty is to support you on your journey and to share different methods and techniques to help you follow and fulfill your Calling with CONFIDENCE, BOLDNESS AND SPEED!

The Questions

So, here are 3 powerful questions I want you to ask yourself today. These questions are meant to help you get more in line with your Calling:

1. Where do I sabotage myself on a daily basis? And what could I do instead or differently?

2. What do I already know I need to do, but am I just not implementing?

3. What do I need to do to be the best I can be (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually)?

I hope you can see that it is your duty to do something on a daily basis to keep your focus on your Calling, to keep taking action toward your Calling and to keep giving your best in faith!

Be Confident In Your Calling

You cannot follow your Calling when you have a low self-esteem. Being confident about yourself and your ability to do what needs to be done is crucial.

Here are 7 things you can do to increase your self-confidence ASAP.

1. Think about 10 things you did very well today before you go to bed. Do this every night.

2. If someone gives you a compliment receive it, accept it and say: “Thank you!”.

3. Don’t compare yourself with others. They may look perfect but in fact they are as wonderful as you are.

4. Hang out with positive and successful people. When you do that you will copy their mindset and become more positive and uplifting.

5. Make mistakes because you can learn from them. Everybody makes mistakes…..especially rich and successful people.

6. Eat healthier. If you eat unhealthy food it effects the way you feel and think.

7. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in.

8. Watch my new inspirational videos on my YouTube Channel

Believe in yourself because God also believes in you!

Inspirational Scripture: “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” {Philippians 1:6}
